Ingredients:
10ml soy sauce
15ml maple syrup
2 garlic cloves
Ginger
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp Plant-based beef stock powder
2 tbsps water
Stir fry vegetables of your choice
Asian greens
Sesame seeds
Spring onion
Fresh Chilli
Fresh coriander
Method:
Marinate 1x MEET STRIPS in 10ml soy sauce, 15ml maple syrup, 2 cloves of garlic chopped, a nob of grated ginger, 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil and a little bit of plant-based beef stock powder - about 1/4 tsp with 1-2 tbsps of water to mix through.
Allow strips to sit in marinade for 20+ mins for max flavour!
Heat a pan over medium high heat and stir fry veggies with a drizzle of sesame oil until tender.
Now cook your strips! Place them in a hot pan and allow to sizzle and cook until a little crispy. To help that extra “sticky-ness” drizzle over the extra marinade liquid and a little more maple syrup or Kecap Manis.
Serve with simple Asian greens and sprinkle over some sesame seeds, sliced spring onion with fresh chilli and coriander- YUM!
