What do MEET Strips taste like? Um, like meat. How do I cook MEET Strips? Yep, like meat. MEET Strips bring the same texture as meat with the same great taste. MEET plant-based Strips are suitable for vegans and meat reducers alike, as it contains NO animal proteins.
Preheat the frying pan to medium heat and add spray oil or 20ml of oil of your choice to the pan. Once the pan is hot, add MEET Strips and cook for 2 - 3 minutes turning regularly, then leave to rest for 1 minute. From frozen, cook for 5 - 6 minutes. Switch into any of your favourite meat dishes to create a delicious meal.
