HOW TO EET

Looking for that familiar southern style taste but a plant-based meat alternative? MEET have you covered. Enjoy these tenders as part of a wrap or burger, in a salad, or just on their own.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread Tenders evenly on a lightly greased oven tray or baking paper and heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once. 

 
Shallow Fry: Preheat oil in fry pan 1cm deep to 170°C (medium heat). Heat Tenders for approximately 3.5-4 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper toweling. 

Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Place a small quantity of Tenders in fryer basket and heat for approximately 2.5-3 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper toweling.       

 
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 mins, place Tenders in the air fryer basket, cook for 15 mins until golden brown.

Water, Plant Proteins (11%) (Soy Proteins, Wheat Protein), Canola Oil, Wheat Flour, Natural Flavours, Fibres (Bamboo, Soy), Thickener (461), Maize Flour, Spices, Salt, Maize Starch, Wheat Starch, Sugar, Yeast, Mineral (Iron), Vitamin (B12). 

 

Contains Soy, Wheat.

STORAGE

Store in freezer at -18°C, if thawed, do not refreeze. After defrosting, product can be stored at 4°C and consumed within 3 days.
