Looking for that familiar southern style taste but a plant-based meat alternative? MEET have you covered. Enjoy these tenders as part of a wrap or burger, in a salad, or just on their own.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread Tenders evenly on a lightly greased oven tray or baking paper and heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
Shallow Fry: Preheat oil in fry pan 1cm deep to 170°C (medium heat). Heat Tenders for approximately 3.5-4 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper toweling.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Place a small quantity of Tenders in fryer basket and heat for approximately 2.5-3 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper toweling.
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 mins, place Tenders in the air fryer basket, cook for 15 mins until golden brown.
