  • 240g MEET Plant Based Italian Meetballs

  • 200g Rotini Pasta

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


  • 1 1/2 cups of vegetable stock

  • 3 tbsp plant-based Sour Cream

  • A pinch of salt & pepper

  • 2 tbsp of Butter (Nuttelex)

  • Parsley to garnish

  • 1 tbsp Flour


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

  2. In a pan, add the butter and allow it to melt. Whisk in the flour and stir for 30 seconds, then add the vegetable stock and continue to stir until it thickens slightly.

  3. Mix in the sour cream, pinch of salt and the black pepper, and stir for about 2-3 minutes

  4. In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil on medium-high heat. Add the MEET Plant Based Italian Meetballs, and pan-fry for 3-5 minutes or until lightly golden.

  5. Add the MEET Plant Based Italian Meetballs and stir for a further 2 minutes

  6. Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with pasta
