• 250g MEET Tenders (Available at Coles in the Frozen section)

• 2 tbls Olive oil • 1 cup corn kernels • 1 cup peas • 2 carrots diced • 2 tbls Nutra Organics Vegetable Broth

• 500ml water • 2 Cups Large Spiral Noodles • 3 galic cloves minced • 1 tsp dried thyme • 1 tsp sea salt • 2 tbls nutritional yeast


  1. Dice Carrots, Mince Garlic cloves, Drain Corn Kernels, and set 1 cup of peas aside.

  2. In a large fry pan, heat 2 tbls olive oil over a medium heat and cook tenders until the are slightly golden.

  3. In a large pot add 500ml water and 2 tbls Nutra Organics Vegetable Broth. Add in the Minced garlic, Dried Thyme, sea salt and nutritional yeast. Then Add in the Large spiral noodles and diced carrots and cook for around 10min. If using gluten-free pasta, it will cook much faster, so keep an eye out for that.

  4. Add in MEET Tenders, corn kernels and peas and cook for a further 5 min.

VEGGIE BROTH: Please note that depending on the brand used, your soup may be darker or lighter, but will still be delicious.
