• 250g MEET Tenders (Available in the Frozen section of Coles)
• 2 tbs olive oil • 200g green beans • 2 garlic cloves minced • 485g mustard sauce • 1 brown onion • 1 cup jasmine rice
Rinse the jasmine rice then add 1 & 1/4 cups water in a medium pot, bring to boil and add jasmine rice. Cook rice covered with lid for around 10-12 min until water has absorbed then turn heat off and set aside to rest.
Halve the green beans, mince the garlic and thinly slice the brown onion.
While the rice is resting, in a large pan on medium heat add 2 tsp olive oil, garlic and cook MEET Tenders for 2-3min. Add green beans and cook for a further 2 minutes then add mustard sauce and simmer till sauce starts to boil.
Divide the rice between two bowls then divide the mustard MEET Tenders between bowl and enjoy.
