RIGATONI MEETBALL PASTA



INGREDIENTS: - 240g MEET Meetballs (Available in the Frozen section of Coles) - 250g rigatoni pasta -Fresh Basil - 250g Italian Passata Sauce

- Fresh garlic (crushed) - 2 tbs grated plant-based parmesan

- 2 tbs olive oil


METHOD:

  1. In a medium pot add rigatoni pasta and add water until pasta is covered. Bring to boil and turn heat to a medium heat.

  2. Cook for around 12-14minutes, when the pasta has about 6min left, In a large fry pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil over a medium heat, add crushed garlic then add the MEET Meetballs and cook for 4-5minutes.

  3. Add the passata sauce, drain the rigatoni and add to a medium bowl toss the MEET Meetballs and passata sauce through.

  4. Dish between two bowls, and top with fresh basil and plant-based parmesan.
