Ingredients:
Vegetables of your choice (broccoli, carrot, zucchini recommended)
Spring onion, chilli & sesame seeds to garnish
Soy & sesame glaze Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Soy sauce
1½ Tsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp Coconut sugar
½ Cup filtered water
2 Tsp minced garlic
2 Tsp minced ginger
1 Star anise clove
1 Tsp white sesame seeds
Method:
Mix all of the glaze ingredients in a pot and bring to boil, then reduce to a low heat and let simmer until it becomes a thick glaze.
Cook MEET® Meetballs in pan as you would normal meatballs and add the soy and sesame glaze.
Once cooked, mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
