  • 2 tbls oyster sauce

  • 240g MEET Meetballs

  • 300g Hokkien Noodles

  • 1 tbls peanut oil

  • 1L vegetarian style liquid stock

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 100g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced diagonally

  • 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, halved

  • Sliced red chilli and coriander


  1. Cook noodles as directed in the package

  2. Heat peanut oil in a pan and cook MEET Meetballs through, put on a plate and cover to keep warm.

  3. Combine stock, oyster sauce and 2 cups cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil

  4. Add snow peas, carrot, broccolini and sesame oil until tender

  5. Serve noodles in a bowl, add broth with vegetables and top up with Meetballs, chilli and coriander
