
Ingredients:
2 tbls oyster sauce
300g Hokkien Noodles
1 tbls peanut oil
1L vegetarian style liquid stock
2 tsp sesame oil
100g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, halved
Sliced red chilli and coriander
Method:
Cook noodles as directed in the package
Heat peanut oil in a pan and cook MEET Meetballs through, put on a plate and cover to keep warm.
Combine stock, oyster sauce and 2 cups cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil
Add snow peas, carrot, broccolini and sesame oil until tender
Serve noodles in a bowl, add broth with vegetables and top up with Meetballs, chilli and coriander
