  • 250g Frozen Tenders (Available in the Frozen section of Coles)

  • 1⁄4 cabbage, shredded finely

  • 1⁄4 red cabbage, shredded finely

  • 1⁄4 cup crushed peanuts

  • 1 brown onion

  • Kale bunch

  • Spring onion

  • 1 large carrot, grated

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 bunch of kale

  • 1 pkt fried noodles

  • 1/2 cup noodle salad dressing


  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add 2 tbs olive oil. Add MEET Tenders and cook till golden (3-5min). Then set aside, finely shred cabbage, grate carrot, crush peanuts, thinly slice the spring onion and brown onion.

  2. In a bowl combine the cabbage, onion, spring onion and carrot.

  3. Drizzle over noodle salad dressing and sesame oil.

  4. Toss through fried noodles and crushed peanuts.

  5. On a large serving plate, lay kale leaves to form a bed. Add slaw mixture on top.

  6. Then add MEET Tenders on top of the salad and drizzle the crispy noodle salad dressing.
