
INGREDIENTS:
250g Frozen Tenders (Available in the Frozen section of Coles)
1⁄4 cabbage, shredded finely
1⁄4 red cabbage, shredded finely
1⁄4 cup crushed peanuts
1 brown onion
Kale bunch
Spring onion
1 large carrot, grated
2 tsp sesame oil
1 bunch of kale
1 pkt fried noodles
1/2 cup noodle salad dressing
METHOD:
In a large pan over medium heat, add 2 tbs olive oil. Add MEET Tenders and cook till golden (3-5min). Then set aside, finely shred cabbage, grate carrot, crush peanuts, thinly slice the spring onion and brown onion.
In a bowl combine the cabbage, onion, spring onion and carrot.
Drizzle over noodle salad dressing and sesame oil.
Toss through fried noodles and crushed peanuts.
On a large serving plate, lay kale leaves to form a bed. Add slaw mixture on top.
Then add MEET Tenders on top of the salad and drizzle the crispy noodle salad dressing.
