8-10 Brioche Sliders- sliced in half
4 tbsp plant-based Aioli
1 head Cos Lettuce- washed and dried
2 tomatoes- sliced
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add MEET tenders, and cook for 3 minutes, turning regularly, until golden crisp. Set aside.
In a large frying pan, place each slider cut-side down and toast for 2 minutes or until warm.
Spread a layer of aioli onto the sliders, then top with a slice of lettuce, tomato, and a few tenders. Close the sliders, and serve warm.
