1 sheet Puff Pastry
Star-shaped cookie cutter
Tomato ketchup or relish
Parsley leaves- to garnish
Pre-heat the oven to 200*C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thaw the puff pastry on a flat surface for 10 minutes.
Using a star-shaped cookie cutter (about 4-5cm diameter), cut stars out of the sheet and carefully pull away the excess pastry.
Spread the Meetballs out evenly on the baking tray, and gently drape each star on top of the Meetball, pressing down the sides. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating the tray after 15 minutes, until the pastry is puffy and golden.
Allow the pastry to cool for 10 minutes, then flip the stars over. Dot the Meetballs with tomato ketchup or relish, and garnish with a small parsley leaf and serve.
