1 packet MEET Plant Based Italian Meetballs
15 wooden skewers
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 jar mixed green olives
1 bunch rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil
Flaked sea salt
In a large pan, heat some oil on medium-high heat. Add the MEET Plant Based Italian Meetballs, and pan-fry for 3-5 minutes or until lightly golden.
Thread each wooden skewer with a mix of cherry tomatoes, olives and MEET Plant Based Italian Meetballs. Arrange the skewers in a wreath-shape on a round plate.
Fill in the gaps with sprigs of rosemary, until the ‘wreath’ is full and round.
Drizzle over with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of flaked sea salt before serving.
