INGRIEDENTS:
-250g MEET Beef Free Strips (Available in the Chilled section of Coles)
-1 tbsp Olive oil
-1/2 brown onion
-100g sliced mushrooms
-150g coles premium mushroom sauce
-150g Farfalle Past
METHOD:
1. In a medium sauce pan bring add salted water and Farfalle pasta and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 mins
2. Heat the 1tsp olive oil in a large saucepan, over a medium heat. Add Sliced mushrooms and chopped brown onion to the sauce pan. Stir for 2-3min.
3. Add the MEET Beef Free Strips and onion and cook for 3-5 min or until golden. MEET Beef Free Strips are lightly golden.
4. Add the Mushroom sauce to the MEET Beet Free strips and simmer for 5 min.
5. Divide the pasta MEET Beef Free creamy mushroom sauce into the bento boxes or bowls.
