- 250g MEET Beef Free Strips (Available in the Chilled Section at Coles) - 2 tbs olive oil - 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guilin Chilli Sauce (Available in Coles)

- 1 large red chilli

- 1 medium brown onion - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp white pepper - 1 tsp minced ginger - 3 garlic cloves crushed - 1 tbsp soy sauce


  1. In a large pan over a medium heat, heat 2tbs of olive oil. Add thinly sliced brown onion, mince ginger, crushed garlic, and the thinly sliced chilli. Cook until onion is softened.

  2. Add MEET Beef Free Strips, and cook for 5-6min until the Strips start to brown.

  3. Add 4tbs Lee Kum Kee Guilin Chilli Sauce, black pepper, white pepper and Soy sauce, and cook for a further 2min.

  4. You can eat on own, or serve with your favourite side salad or rice.
