BREAKFAST BAGEL

INGREDIENTS:

- 240g MEET Italian Meetballs (available at Coles in the chilled section) - 2 tbsp olive oil - 4 Bagels - 4 tbsp Bio Cheese Creamy Original Spreadable

- 4 slices Vegan Life Cheddar Style slices

- 4 hash browns


SOUTHERN WEST SPICE:

- 1/4 tsp cumin - 1/4 tsp chilli powder - 1/4 tsp dried oregano

- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

- 1/4 tsp ground coriander

- 1/4 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (Mix together In a bowl)


METHOD:


  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees fan forced. Cook hash browns for 10-15min. When the hash browns have 5 min left, Place bagels in until they are slightly golden.

  2. In a medium frypan over a medium heat 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 large pinches of the Southwestern spice mix and cook Meetballs for 10-15min until cooked through/golden.

  3. Spread 1 tbsp Bio Cheese Creamy Original on each bagel

  4. Add 1 hash brown to each bagel

  5. Add 3-4 meetballs to each bagel and top with 1 vegan cheddar style slice

  6. Serve with fresh orange juice/fruits of choice
