  • 250g MEET Beef Free Strips (Available in the chilled section of Coles)

  • 2tbs olive oil

  • 1 large lettuce either iceberg or gem lettuce

  • Handful kale leaves

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1 cucumber

  • Handful mint chopped thinly

  • 1 celery Stick thinly sliced

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1/4 cup crispy noodle salad dressing

  • 1/4 chilli sauce


  1. In a medium pan over a medium heat, add the olive oil, and the MEET Beef Free Strips and cook until golden.

  2. Remove core from the lettuce and gently separate leaves to form lettuce cups / bowls

  3. Thinly slice the red onion, cut the cucumber in half lengthways and slice finely. Thinly slice the celery stalk, add onion, cucumber and celery and add into a medium mixing bowl. Add the mint and salad leaves. Mix all salad mixture together.

  4. Add a large spoonful of salad mixture into each Lettuce cup/ bowl

  5. Then Add MEET Beef Free Strips on top of each one.

  6. Drizzle Crispy noodle salad dressing over each one (Optional) and top with red chilli slices (Optional)
