
INGREDIENTS:
250g MEET Beef Free Strips (Available in the chilled section of Coles)
2tbs olive oil
1 large lettuce either iceberg or gem lettuce
Handful kale leaves
1 small red onion
1 cucumber
Handful mint chopped thinly
1 celery Stick thinly sliced
1 celery stalk
1/4 cup crispy noodle salad dressing
1/4 chilli sauce
METHOD:
In a medium pan over a medium heat, add the olive oil, and the MEET Beef Free Strips and cook until golden.
Remove core from the lettuce and gently separate leaves to form lettuce cups / bowls
Thinly slice the red onion, cut the cucumber in half lengthways and slice finely. Thinly slice the celery stalk, add onion, cucumber and celery and add into a medium mixing bowl. Add the mint and salad leaves. Mix all salad mixture together.
Add a large spoonful of salad mixture into each Lettuce cup/ bowl
Then Add MEET Beef Free Strips on top of each one.
Drizzle Crispy noodle salad dressing over each one (Optional) and top with red chilli slices (Optional)
